Flossing is one of the key elements for a healthy mouth! Cleaning between your teeth helps remove plaque and bacteria that can cause decay (cavities) and gum disease (gingivitis = inflammation, and periodontal disease = destruction of the surrounding bone). Make sure once you get the floss inbetween your teeth, to then go on either side of each tooth! Happy flossing!
